There aren’t many places these days that serve authentic, made-from-scratch lunch and dinner. We know how important and hard it is to find a place that serves fresh meats, vegetables, soups, and hot bread, lovingly prepared that morning.

K-BOB’S has been doing just that for the last 50 years, and we take pride in our heritage. We have never wavered in our commitment to operate Scratch Kitchens in each of our twelve locations. That’s right, day in and day out the food is prepared in the morning and served for lunch and dinner.

FROM THE PASTURE TO THE PLATE

Since our first restaurant opened in the cattle country of Clovis, New Mexico in 1966, we have always held it as our core mission to support locally owned and operated family ranches. Our beef today is still sourced right in our backyards, from ranches in Texas and New Mexico.

We serve Choice Steaks that are hand selected and handled with the utmost care and respect from the pasture in which they are raised to the plate in which they are served. Order one of our delicious, mouth-watering, hand-cut steaks and you’ll see that we maintain the highest food quality and safety standards without sacrificing flavor and tenderness. Our commitment to our customers is to consistently deliver thickly-cut, seasoned, bold flavored steaks.

DOWN-HOME HOSPITALITY

K-BOB’S is found in small and medium sized towns across Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado. We are known for our down-home hospitality: “Family, Community, School…then K-BOB’S”. We are here for family dinners and special occasions. We’re here to feed our high school sports teams and the crews that just came off the ranch, the rig, or the factory floor. We’re here striving every day to serve great food at honest prices. That’s been our mission for the last 50 years and it will be for the next 50 years.
