K-BOB’S Gets Creative with Executive Chef O’Brien.

With some patience and the help of Chef O’Brien, Morgan and Edward tasted some new menu items at the Fredericksburg store.  New dishes that we hope will hit the menu soon include a pulled pork sandwich and cowboy bread pudding.  Morgan and Edward come up with an idea for a dish, and the chef pretty much with a blank slate comes up with one of our award-winning dishes.
